These terms apply when you use the WonderLens app. By downloading or using it, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 13, or older if that's the minimum age where you live. By using WonderLens you're confirming you meet that.
Your photos stay yours
You own the photos you upload. You're giving us permission to process them for one reason only: to make your portraits. You also confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload, and that it doesn't step on anyone else's rights.
What you can't do
Don't use WonderLens to make anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexual involving minors, and don't impersonate other people without their consent or infringe their rights. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
- WonderLens has two paid plans, Pro and Creator, plus a free tier.
- Payment goes through your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Plans renew on their own unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple charges you within the 24 hours before each renewal.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- The credits in a plan reset each billing period and don't roll over. Credits have no cash value and aren't refundable except where the law requires it.
What belongs to us
The app, its design, and the software behind it belong to WonderLens and are protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights to our name or branding.
About AI results
Portraits are made by AI, so they can come out with odd details or mistakes. They're provided as they are, for your own creative use, and you're responsible for how you use and share them.
The legal part
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, WonderLens isn't liable for indirect or knock-on damages that come from using it.
Ending things
You can stop using the app whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, or for genuine legal or operational reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, that counts as accepting the new version.
